QUESTIONS:

WHY 4 MONTHS? 

I have updated this course to include the length of time a woman's cycle can see changes made over a 4 month period. Our bodies are strong and sensitive and once we give her new information- better foods, proper nutrients and lifestyle tweaks- she needs time to integrate. 

4 months is a perfect amount of time to implement all the tools you will be receiving and gaining your LIFETIME feminine blueprint.

HOW OFTEN WILL WE HAVE CALLS?

We will have 2 coaching calls in each month.

CALL 1 is your "Stage of Your Cycle" call, where we go over the 4 stages throughout the month. This is also your "Meet Your Hormones" call and what is going on within your body at this stage.

Call 2 is all about FOOD! This is where you are given specific food and recipes to support the stages of your cycle. We go over the foundations of how a woman should eat to support her cycle, as well as go over some yummy tonics and easy recipes.

WHAT IF I MISS A CALL?

All calls will be recorded if you miss a call. 

DO I NEED TO STILL BE MENSTRUATING FOR THIS COURSE?

This course is designed for women who are still actively menstruating (if you are absent of a period for other reasons, this course is for you.) If you have reached menopause, this course can still be of great service to you , but we will be using our monthly cycle as a guide.

This course is for the woman of today. A woman who wants to know her body well in order to live well. For a woman who wants to drop the outdated model that our cycle should be handed over to birth control and is a random event each month. It is for a woman who wants to feel in flow and rhythm with her body each month and throughout her life. For a woman who wants to pass this knowledge down to her daughter or close women in her life.
